The information that you provide on this form will be used for general attendee information, and to confirm that you understand and accept the policies of the photo sessions provided by Smita Debnath Photography. All information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.
POLICIES AND AGREEMENT
The following is the Policies and Agreement between YOU, the Model and Smita Debnath, the Photographer.
Work Product: The editing process from the session to the final product will take about 2-3 weeks.
Artistic Rights: The Photographer retains the right of discretion in selecting the photographic materials released to the Model.
Photographic Materials: All photographic materials, including but not limited to negatives, transparencies, and previews, shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer. The Photographer shall make a gallery available through an online gallery website. These images shall be available to the Model within 2-3 weeks of the session. If an online gallery is delivered, it shall remain open for 60 days from delivery.
Copyright and Reproductions: The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions for, including but not limited to, marketing materials, portfolio entries, sample products, editorial submissions and use, or for display within or on the Photographer’s website and/or studio. If the Photographer desires to make other uses, the Photographer shall not do so without first obtaining the written permission of the Model. It is understood that any duplication or alteration of original images is strictly prohibited {Copyright and Related Rights Act, 2000} without the written permission of the Photographer.
Model’s Usage: The Model shall only use the prints, including digital files, in accordance with the permissions within this agreement. The Model’s prints are for personal use only and shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use.
Indemnification: The Photographer shall be held harmless for any and all injury to model during the course of the photography session and the immediately surrounding events.
