Hello, I am Smita Debnath.
Although I am part of the digital era, my heart is lost in the pages of Jane Austen. Her work drew inspiration from people around her, their joys & their struggles. Her art of storytelling makes you feel like you are living in that moment in time and are part of the journey.
When I meet new people and hear their stories, I draw inspiration from them to compose timeless & unique pieces that they can cherish forever.
However unlike Jane Austen, I travel a lot. My travels give me an opportunity to explore new cultures, meet new people and see the world from a very different point of view. My travels help me grow as a person & as a photographer.
Photography for me is not only about taking a good photo. It’s about the human connection & it is similar to the bond that an author shares with her characters. Every frame tells a story & every photo session is the beginning of a new friendship.
Whether it is documenting the small moments of your little one, the wait of welcoming the new bundle of joy in your life, celebration of an achievement or reminiscing the years you have been each other’s support as a family, I am here to lock those moments in time for you.
