FAMILY AND COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS

  • You can reach out to me from the Hire me section. Once a date is decided, you will have to pay the full amount of the selected package to reserve the date.

  • Once your booking is confirmed, I will send you a preparation guide which will have all the information. I will also call you to discuss the concept and understand your needs in a bit more details.

  • The shoot can happen outdoors or indoor as discussed and decided by me. I am happy to discuss any location you have in mind and the travel cost may have to be reimbursed based on the location.

  • Once your booking is confirmed, I will send you a preparation guide which will have all the information. But in general, please bring water to drink . If coming with small kids or elderly family member, please make sure you bring along anything they might need during that time.

  • We will meet at the agreed location. Please make sure your are on time. If due to any unavoidable circumstance your are running late, please keep me informed. The shoot will be a very casual event as I like capturing real emotions.

  • I will send you a colour palette based on the season as part of the preparation guide so that you don’t have to worry about it. I like to keep the outfits timeless and neutral so that they don’t change with fashion. Cotton, linen, wool or similar natural fabrics are the recommended choices for fabric. I do offer outfits for some of my packages and you can reach out to me for more information.

  • If you cannot attend the session on the scheduled date, you will have to inform me no later than 2 days from the booked date. An alternate date will be provided by me within 6 months of the initial booking date. If the proposed alternate date is not suitable to you, then only 25% of the any payment made at that point will be refunded as I had to block my dates for you. In case of cancellation from my end and no alternative dates available to me, I will refund any amount paid in full.

SHOPPING & PLACING ORDER

  • Once you have found an item, choose your quantity and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the 'CART' button on the top right corner. Click on 'CHECK OUT' to complete your order.

  • As your purchase will be prepared quickly to be dispatched, please contact us using the Contact Us page within 24hours of placing the order to cancel or make changes to an order.

SHIPPING, TAXES & DUTIES

  • Shipping is currently available to Ireland, Northern Ireland, EU, United Kingdom, United States & Australia.

  • Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout based on location of delivery.

  • Estimated delivery will be provided after time after item has been dispatched.
    It will take about 1-2 weeks to ship any fine art prints. Keeping the impact on environment in mind, prints are made in very small batches. You will be notified once the order is shipped via email.

  • Depending on the products you purchase, your country’s customs agency may determine you owe a duty or tax. 

    Please note that when you place an order outside of Ireland, taxes and duties may apply when the product(s) arrives in your country of destination.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • if you are not completely satisfied with it for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Simply follow these steps to prepare your item:

    Place the item(s) you wish to return in it's original state inside the original shipping packaging. 

    Damaged items will not be accepted.

  • The original delivery cost won’t be included in your refund.

    If you need to pay for taxes and duties upon arrival of the order, taxes and duties are non-refundable through Smita Debnath Photography
